ABP: What was your feelings just before the announcement for the Elite Queen?

Kimberly: I was praying it would be my name the emcee called when announcing the American Beauties Plus 2010 Elite Queen.

Then when I heard my name announced for the title I wanted so badly, it was somewhat surreal. It was as if I was in a wonderful dream. Words can not explain the many emotions that washed over me in those first few seconds after my name was called. I was ecstatic, proud, humbled and so thankful all at once. Of course the tears streamed down my face in joy, ruining all my makeup for my new crowning moment pictures!

I had wanted so much to have my name added to the rich history and legacy of the outstanding American Beauties Queens who had been crowned before me. I was pleased when I realized after I had been crowned that my name indeed would be added to this organizations stellar group of royalty! I simply was floating on cloud nine...in fact I still am!

I encourage any woman who is thinking about competing with the American Beauties Plus Pageant to sign up now! It is one of the single most empowering things you will ever do for yourself!
